Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are unworn and in a resaleable condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
